The company values the privacy rights of stakeholders and adheres to the “Personal Data Protection Act” by formulating the “Personal Data Protection Management Measures.” The scope of application covers all branches, operational bases, subsidiaries, customers, and suppliers. Regarding the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal privacy involved in operational processes, we follow relevant government laws and regulations to use them within the scope prescribed by law. We will not provide, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties in other disguised ways. The company’s personal data protection management measures are as follows:
With the goal of becoming a major supplier of automotive electronics for global automakers, customer relationship management is one of the key links for Whetron. The company has established a “Customer Complaint Management Procedure” to ensure that when customers complain about product quality issues, we can target the root cause of the problem occurrence, take effective countermeasures, and prevent recurrence. The sales department also communicates with customers regularly to confirm customer satisfaction and bring back customer opinions, subsequently deliberating on customer opinions through management meetings and business meetings to closely meet customer needs. The company also sets up a stakeholder section on the website, providing channels for business contact, customer inquiries, appeals, or suggestions. The feedback above will be handled properly with integrity. Regarding product quality and product delivery timing, the company has established regulations based on compliance with relevant laws and international standards to protect the rights and interests of customers and consumers.

Whetron values regulatory compliance and stakeholder rights. Based on the company’s Ethical Management Principles, Operating Procedures and Guidelines for Ethical Management, and Code of Ethical Conduct, any stakeholder who discovers unethical conduct may report it via phone or email. To fully handle unethical conduct, Whetron may request the whistleblower’s name and contact information when handling reported cases to facilitate follow-up contact. Within the limits permitted by law, the company guarantees the confidentiality of the reported content and maintains the privacy of the whistleblower. If the reported case is investigated and found to involve major violations or situations where the company suffers major damage, a report will be created to notify the Independent Directors or Audit Committee members.
